Q: How should I prepare my pet for the photoshoot?
A: A little exercise beforehand helps get out extra energy, and a favourite toy or treats are always great to have on hand. Grooming is optional :)

Q: What if my pet is shy or nervous around new people?
A: Totally fine! We take time to let your pet warm up and move at their own pace so they feel comfortable- please let us know in advance if you pet needs extra time to get sociable.

Q: How long is a photoshoot?
A: Most of our sessions are about an hour long, which is plenty of time for pets to settle in and show off their personalities. Most dogs are no longer willing to participate past 60 minutes, divas!

Q: Where do sessions take place?
A: We can photograph in your home, outdoors at a favourite spot, or in a rented studio.

Q: How many photos do I get?
A: Our standard packages include 10 edited digital images, with more options available.

Q: What if my pet doesn’t sit still?
A: No problem at all — we work with pets as they are. Some of the best shots come from their natural energy and quirks.

Q: Can I be in the photos too?
A: Absolutely! We love capturing pets with their people. Just let us know if you’d like to be included.

Q: How do I book a session?
A: You can reach out through our contact page, and we’ll find a date, time, and location that works best for you.

Q: How long until I get my photos?
A: You’ll receive your edited gallery within about 2–4 weeks after your session.

Q: Do you photograph all types of pets?
A: Yes! Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, reptiles — we welcome all kinds of companions.

Q: What should I wear if I’m in the photos?
A: We encourage everyone to show their true colours in our photoshoots. We take the time to plan and stylize each photoshoot- and will cover all of this in your free consultation.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor shoot?
A: If necessary we can reschedule or move the session indoors — whatever works best for you and your pet.

Q: Can I bring more than one pet?
A: Yes! We’re happy to photograph multiple pets together or separately within the same session- additional fee’s may apply.

Q: Do you bring props or should I?
A: You’re welcome to bring any favourite toys, blankets, or accessories you’d like in the photos- or to make a design plan with us in advance.
